WILMINGTON, N.C. — Wearing a long-sleeved black dress shirt, skirt and black shoes, Charlotte Wainright, a 24-year-old Waco woman, stepped out of a small, white room on the first floor of a hotel-casino-style building on a busy Charlotte highway.
“I’m going to make this thing go,” Wainrides mother told the camera.
Wainright is a certified personal trainer who works with the homeless.
Her goal is to start an online class in the spring.
She said she hopes her classes will provide the people who need the help, but she said she’s also hoping that it will help other women.
Many of the women in her class are homeless, and they’re not trained to help women with mental health issues.
Wainwright said she also wants to provide them with a place to get help and a support network.
“The more women in our community, the better,” she said.
“This is our chance.”
A lot of women are homeless in Waco.
Wains mom said she was surprised that there were so many women in the class.
“It’s definitely a challenge,” she told ABC News.
“There’s not a lot of other women in my life that I can get behind.
It’s a really big thing.”
Charlotte Wainrights mom, Charlotte, is taking a personal trainer class in Raleigh, North Carolina.
She wants to help others get help with mental illness and mental health needs.
In the class, she teaches clients how to prepare for and recover from a mental health crisis.
She said that she learned that people have different needs and are different when they are homeless.
“When you’re homeless, you’re just going through a bad time,” she explained.
“But when you have mental illness, you don’t really have a bad experience.
It just happens.
It doesn’t mean you have to go through it the same way.
You can have a different experience.”
Wainrights mother said that the classes are not just about being a trainer.
When Wainrs mom went through the classes, she said that her biggest challenge was being able to sit and have conversations with the people.
“I needed to be able to be a person and be able communicate what I wanted to do,” she recalled.
“The best part of being in this class is you’re talking with people.
That’s what I want to do with my life.”
Charlies mom, Wainways mom said that in order to get to where she is now, she has to be strong, be patient and understand what’s going on in her life.
Wainwright told ABC affiliate WRAL that she wants to change the way we view mental health and mental illness in the U.S. “We’re not always thinking about mental health in a positive way.
We don’t know what’s happening, we don’t see it and we don
