The Swedish department store chain Goody’s has unveiled a collection of women’s fishing and women’s fashion from its sister brand, Swish, in what it calls a “Swedish collection” for women.
“Swish is a Swedish brand that combines Scandinavian design with modern and practical styling,” the store said in a statement on Wednesday.
“We’re very excited to have Swish at our disposal for our women’s and women in particular.”
Goody is the world’s largest sporting goods retailer, with more than 90,000 stores in more than 70 countries.
In a statement, it said that the collection will offer women “a range of stylish, high-quality women’s wear that is both chic and comfortable,” and will help women find their own style.
The women’s collection is named after Swish founder and president Kristian Gottschall, a Swedish politician and former minister who was elected as the country’s first female prime minister in January.
Gottschaard said the women’s collections were a response to the “unwanted beauty” of women in modern life, and that he hopes they will appeal to women who are “interested in a good and stylish wardrobe.”
In a news release, the store praised the women who will participate in the collection.
“There are women who dress in their own, creative ways, and they are really inspired by the style of Swish,” the statement said.
“The women of Swis are always thinking about new ways to dress.
Goodies spokeswoman Kristina Käse said the collection would be sold in Sweden and the US, Canada, France and Germany.”
